Member&#8217;s technical skills;<\/li><li>Timely resolution of issues and maintain thorough documentation of all software solutions;<\/li><li>Technical implementation of applications based on his technical expertise and skillset;<\/li><li>Discuss and understand the portfolio roadmap with Client IT Directors and formulate execution plan along with the Project Manager;<\/li><li>Track issues and risks while communicating status and escalating concerns to management;<\/li><li>Discuss and document the business requirements for the projects with Client teams and co-ordinate with offshore team for project contracts;<\/li><li>Entity Framework;<\/li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture;<\/li><li>Help maintain code quality, organization, and automazation;<\/li><li>Develop systems based on defined requirements;<\/li><li>Must be a team player with multi-tasking, problem solving, and customer service skills;<\/li><li>Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing and action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement;<\/li><li>Adopt a quality first mindset with a high emphasis placed on unit testing and TDD;<\/li><li>Responsible for writing web based applications and software;<\/li><li>Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable applications.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;<\/li><li>Experience with React, jQuery and\/or Angular;<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills;<\/li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced collaborative and innovative environment;<\/li><li>Experience with native Windows App development (WPF, UWP, XAML);<\/li><li>Works well on both team and individual projects;<\/li><li>Experienced and technically strong individuals who will play a critical role as a Software Engineer with strong knowledge;<\/li><li>Passion for building great applications using the latest technologies;<\/li><li>Work directly with business development teams to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions with reasonably accurate estimates for projects;<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of test-driven development, automated testing, and proper test design;<\/li><li>Expert level Visual Studio .NET and C# experience;<\/li><li>Understanding of the Agile Development Methodology;<\/li><li>Web Services (REST, SOAP, XML-RPC, etc.);<\/li><li>Focused and long term oriented;<\/li><li>2+ years of experience .NET framework 4.0.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n
