perform specific tasks related to their distribution position;<\/li><li>Required Skills;<\/li><li>Assess instructional effectiveness;<\/li><li>Knowledge\/understanding of HIV\/AIDS educational program and priorities, including early intervention activities and disease investigation;<\/li><li>Suggest best practices or improvements for consideration to enhance client education;<\/li><li>Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns;<\/li><li>Monitors checkpoint performance and adjusts work force as needed;<\/li><li>POC to triage various logistical issues such as room setup and technology needs;<\/li><li>Other duties as assigned;<\/li><li>Use tools to keep participant and team communication organized (calendars, folders, docs, spreadsheets, forms, websites, groups);<\/li><li>Assist Program Managers by scheduling meetings, keeping notes and agendas up to date, reporting on progress, and flagging issues as necessary;<\/li><li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently;<\/li><li>Demonstrated advanced proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint;<\/li><li>Work with clinicians\/designers to create printed materials that support training curriculum.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Intermediate knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation;<\/li><li>Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree;<\/li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned;<\/li><li>Maintain Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) status in IPC 600, 610, 620, 7711\/7721, and J-STD-001;<\/li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of training activities that are a result of formal Corrective Actions;<\/li><li>Experience with leadership development;<\/li><li>Experience with curriculum design and design software;<\/li><li>Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns;<\/li><li>Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point.);<\/li><li>Knowledge\/understanding of HIV\/AIDS educational program and priorities, including early intervention activities and disease investigation;<\/li><li>Associate&#8217;s degree or equivalent preferred;<\/li><li>Demonstrated advanced proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint;<\/li><li>Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more);<\/li><li>Mathematical Skills &#8211;
