root-cause analysis skills;<\/li><li>Bachelor Degree or a minimum of 4 years work experience;<\/li><li>Facilitate and drive the QA process for product development teams while remaining flexible to individual team needs;<\/li><li>Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation &#038; conflict resolution skills;<\/li><li>Interact with development teams to help implement optimized and re-usable functional test automation;<\/li><li>Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency at the site;<\/li><li>Maintain the functional test portion of the Continuous Integration pipeline;<\/li><li>Leads, acknowledges, develops, communicates &#038; implements a strategy to ensure compliance;<\/li><li>Provide leadership, technical expertise, and career development for individual QA contributors;<\/li><li>Experience performing internal audits and participating in external audits;<\/li><li>Constantly seek opportunities to improve our quality and testing approach.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ability to work both individually and collaboratively as part of a team;<\/li><li>You have a BS in Computer Science or another technical major with a minimum of 5 years of software QA experience;<\/li><li>Accountability to accomplish Sprint goals and objectives;<\/li><li>Understand business\/finance needs, and have the ability to apply business value to test efforts;<\/li><li>Provide regular updates on sprint-based test plans and automation test runs;<\/li><li>Knowledge and experience with QA tools and networking tools;<\/li><li>In-office team lunches, three days per week;<\/li><li>Experience translating business and functional requirements to create appropriate test documentation (i.e. scripts, user stories, test plans, etc.);<\/li><li>Demonstrable ability to promote best practices in quality areas, including testability and instrumentation;<\/li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family;<\/li><li>5+ years of experience in software quality assurance;<\/li><li>2+ years of experience writing or executing automated test cases;<\/li><li>Deep understanding of quality assurance techniques, frameworks and methodologies;<\/li><li>Scripting required;
