(Repair Station Only);<\/li><li>Provide guidance and training to hourly associates;<\/li><li>Research and develop new manufacturing techniques and\/or tooling to improve throughput, reduce scrap\/rework, improve product quality;<\/li><li>Assist and participate as required with all FAA, airline, AS9100, and other audits;<\/li><li>Maintain appropriate documentation for all work in accordance with company standards and customer requirements;<\/li><li>Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved data and conforms to all quality standards and specifications;<\/li><li>Ensure that hourly associates obtain appropriate training to maintain the correct knowledge in all regulations, procedures, and processes;<\/li><li>Work with hourly associates to help meet Customer contractual deadlines (i.e. turn-around time);<\/li><li>Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to determine best manufacturing process design;<\/li><li>Perform other related duties as required;<\/li><li>Assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of procedures as required in support of product or process improvement initiatives.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>High school\/vocational school diploma or GED certificate and less than 1 year work related experience in electrical\/electronic systems;<\/li><li>Active DoD Interim Secret clearance;<\/li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance.
