 <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Evaluate the test basis and support the refinement of requirements to ensure testability, clarity and correctness;<\/li><li>Conduct static and dynamic testing to include integration, functional, system, regression and acceptance testing;<\/li><li>Author and maintain software test cases and procedures in accordance with organizational policies and procedures;<\/li><li>Participate in peer review sessions of solutions and related code;<\/li><li>Develop, update, and perform manual and automated tests for applications according to company standards;<\/li><li>Work closely with stakeholders, sponsors, and customers to determine acceptance criteria and coordinate certification test events with end users;<\/li><li>Facilitates or perform random testing of all components to ensure software quality;<\/li><li>Aid in gathering and documenting requirements in the form of Agile Epics, User Stories, and tasks;<\/li><li>Prepare software documentation including technical diagrams and manuals on the design, use, and operation of the software;<\/li><li>Work with an Agile Scrum team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based applications;<\/li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders for configuration management activities;<\/li><li>Perform software testing and quality assurance;<\/li><li>Perform other work as assigned by company management;<\/li><li>Maintain an orderly and professional appearance;<\/li><li>Document software testing results.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience testing RESTful Services;<\/li><li>Understanding the software development life cycle and how QA adds value to all parts of the cycle;<\/li><li>Strong understanding of Testing concepts, philosophies, schools-of-thought and when to best apply each;<\/li><li>Ability to deconstruct complex problems and perform root cause analyses;<\/li><li>At least three years\u2019 experience implementing and using automated testing techniques, if required;<\/li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills;<\/li><li>Specific experience developing statistical systems;<\/li><li>Automated Testing framework experience (Selenium, Cucumber, Mocha\/Chai, TestNG);<\/li><li>Experience with the BLS standard IT development products and environments;<\/li><li>Experience leading a small team;<\/li><li>Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems;<\/li><li>Project experience with the Agile framework, DevOps or other iterative development methodologies;<\/li><li>Knowledge of BLS surveys and systems;<\/li><li>At least seven years\u2019 experience creating, gathering, analyzing, planning, documenting, defining, and coordinating test plans and requirements;<\/li><li>Self starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n
