 <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Informing stakeholders and end users of service disruptions and resolution status;<\/li><li>Facilitating business stakeholder verification and end user acceptance testing;<\/li><li>Managing release comms and the rollout of new service capabilities and features;<\/li><li>Understanding and assessing as-is business process workflows and user experiences;<\/li><li>Directing the implementation of Workday HCM configuration changes and integrations;<\/li><li>Monitoring the state of critical transactions, integrations and operational jobs;<\/li><li>Developing detailed product requirements, data specs and acceptance criteria;<\/li><li>Capturing and addressing end user service requests and support inquires;<\/li><li>Eliciting new business requirements and envisioning improved service offerings;<\/li><li>Evaluating new business apps, data services and tools;<\/li><li>Conducting value analysis and justification to inform strategic priorities;<\/li><li>Documenting and publishing solutions to commonly reported issues.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure;<\/li><li>Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility;<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;<\/li><li>Strong organizational \/ time management skills, and be detailed oriented;<\/li><li>BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field or equivalent experience is required;<\/li><li>Ability to collaborate in-person and virtual\/remote environments;<\/li><li>Strong process improvement knowledge is required;<\/li><li>Ability to travel occasionally, which could include an overnight stay is required;<\/li><li>Workday functional expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIB\/Core Connectors\/Integrations) is preferred.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n
