feedback on an ongoing basis while developing solutions for clients to ensure that we meet, and exceed, their needs and expectations;<\/li><li>Provide day to day operational support to the client and proactively identifies problems and make recommendations regarding solutions;<\/li><li>Communicates task\/ticket status and issues to client and coworkers;<\/li><li>Works directly with clients and trading partners on projects and provides production support;<\/li><li>Fields tickets and calls that come into the Production Support Team department queue;<\/li><li>Resolve issues while providing clear communication to the client;<\/li><li>Ability to interact with all levels of management, co-workers, clients, trading partners, and warehouse personnel to resolve EDI issues.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong interpersonal skills;<\/li><li>Decision making;<\/li><li>Ability to prioritize and facilitate processes;<\/li><li>Excellent problem solving skills;<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;<\/li><li>Ability to cooperate and contribute as a team player;<\/li><li>Ability to function effectively in a multi-tasking environment;<\/li><li>Project Management a plus;<\/li><li>Customer
