developing and monitoring budgets; controlling and reducing costs;<\/li><li>Organize and lead teams as appropriate;<\/li><li>The ability to fill in as Security Operations Manager (On-Duty) as necessary;<\/li><li>Oversee and coordinate physical security strategies for all west coast assigned supported business partners;<\/li><li>Create, evaluate, and analyze proposals for new business ideas.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Excellent project management, written and interpersonal communication skills, including strategic relationship building;<\/li><li>Demonstrated track record in dealing with the effective communication of complex organizational and human resource\/employee relations matters;<\/li><li>Demonstrates a \u201clearning agility\u201d to remain current in subject matter expertise;<\/li><li>Depth of experience in vendor management through maintaining vendor performance and contractual obligations through creation and analysis of KPI\u2019s;<\/li><li>Entertainment industry experience and\/or familiarity with working in or with large organizations;<\/li><li>Strong experience with developing integrated physical security systems;<\/li><li>Certified Protection Professional;<\/li><li>Possesses an &#8220;Analytical Mindset&#8221;
