 <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Complete forklift job training knowledge and uses a forklift as necessary within the service center;<\/li><li>Comprehends and ensures compliance with company and government regulations;<\/li><li>Monitor and evaluate the safety of each employee on a daily basis;<\/li><li>Monitor and maintain housekeeping within the shift to ensure safety and productivity;<\/li><li>Ensure Compliance with local state, federal, federal safety regulations, as well as OSHA compliance, and DOT regulations;<\/li><li>Monitors, evaluates, and teaches employees safe lifting techniques as well as uses safe lifting as needed throughout the day;<\/li><li>Ensures that 100% of trailers are loaded correctly to ensure safe transport of freight;<\/li><li>Manages all dock work schedules and time off requests;<\/li><li>Make quick and informed decisions based on the volume levels and communicates schedule to affected employees;<\/li><li>Operates AS400 system, BLU system, DYMS and any other computer\/internal freight monitoring systems used within the company to monitor freight movement;<\/li><li>Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with local state, federal, .federal safety regulations, as well as OSHA compliance, and DOT compliance;<\/li><li>Provide analyses, suggestions and ideas for the improvement of operations within the shift, department and facility;<\/li><li>Works assigned shift\/s as needed, must be available to work depending upon customer pick-up and delivery scheduled;<\/li><li>Inspects trailers throughout the day for cleanliness and to ensure correct loading\/unloading techniques are being used;<\/li><li>Monitor and evaluate the safe and efficient loading and unloading process of freight throughout the shift.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Good verbal and written communication skills;<\/li><li>High School Degree or equivalent, some college preferred;<\/li><li>Working knowledge of AS400, Microsoft Office, DYMS and BLU systems;<\/li><li>Supervisory experience preferred;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred;<\/li><li>Knowledge of
