\n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Basic cleaning of machine parts and first line maintenance;<\/li><li>Manual Production Processing\/Duties;<\/li><li>Taking precision measurements to ensure flawless fit of components;<\/li><li>Follow work instructions associated with assembly skills to become certified for work being performed;<\/li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;<\/li><li>Reworks and repairs defective units rejected by inspection;<\/li><li>Keep all parts and equipment operational by providing preventative maintenance and reporting any repairs needed;<\/li><li>Build parts that meet drawing specifications;<\/li><li>Using general measuring devices and various tools for assembly;<\/li><li>Complete high tolerance fitting operations including balancing, leveling, aligning motors, bearings, shafts, impellers and pump cases;<\/li><li>Set up pump\/motor systems along with valves and associated test controls;<\/li><li>Uses hand and small power tools to assembly product;<\/li><li>Accessing documents on the network (Training records and procedures);<\/li><li>Work with close tolerances and fits to meet engineering and operating requirements.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience working in production;<\/li><li>Experience with MS Office;<\/li><li>Certified forklift operator or willingness to get certified;<\/li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills;<\/li><li>Performs basic selection and care of special machine tools such as drills, jigs, mills, lathes, and fixtures;<\/li><li>Full knowledge of machinist role and substantial acquaintance with and understanding of the machining of routine parts;<\/li><li>Minimum 1 year assembly experience;<\/li><li>Be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary;<\/li><li>Good verbal, reading, writing, and comprehension skills;<\/li><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists;<\/li><li>Must be able to lift 50lbs continuously;<\/li><li>Read, write, speak and understand English;<\/li><li>Must have the ability to complete tube bending and forming from schematic diagrams;<\/li><li>A background in electrical from the industrial equipment and\/or instrumentation field is preferred;<\/li><li>2-5 years manufacturing experience.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n    \n    \n    \n    <header
