features;<\/li><li>Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management;<\/li><li>Work collaboratively with the business and as part of larger Product Development organization;<\/li><li>Cross organizational boundaries (brands, divisions) to collaborate with other technology teams to solve complex, integrated problems;<\/li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and the implementation team on the software development life cycle;<\/li><li>Analyze project metrics and align initiatives with department direction;<\/li><li>Coordinate with company-wide leadership regarding software development projects;<\/li><li>Working with internal and external teams to bring Ring technology to market.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Familiar with MS .NET, MS SQL database, MS Power BI, Angular;<\/li><li>5+ years of experience in leading software development teams;<\/li><li>Proven attention to detail;<\/li><li>Ability to understand others and clearly express thoughts;<\/li><li>Strong understanding of web development\/performance issues and mitigation approaches;<\/li><li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities;<\/li><li>Manage resources for the scope and size of the project;<\/li><li>Ongoing innovation of the product and technology;<\/li><li>Ability to handle small and big migration projects both internal and external for customers;<\/li><li>Demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive improvements;<\/li><li>Python;<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills;<\/li><li>Excellence in
