\n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provides technical support and advice to other engineering groups;<\/li><li>Understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle of the software in military systems;<\/li><li>Experience testing in a Java development environment;<\/li><li>Investigate and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel;<\/li><li>Defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets developmental tests for new and\/or modified products or product components;<\/li><li>Devises and applies testing procedures for parts or sub-assemblies received from outside vendors;<\/li><li>Provide mission control room support and makes real-time decisions regarding safety, efficiency, and effectiveness;<\/li><li>Develop and publish test plans, test schedules and test procedures for developmental testing;<\/li><li>Contribute to test card development and review in collaboration with other engineering disciplines and test operations;<\/li><li>Provide laboratory support for integration testing;<\/li><li>Maintain metrics on status of testing and constraints;<\/li><li>Create and coordinate approval of test cards;<\/li><li>Interface with test article design and analysis teams to define test configuration and data requirements;<\/li><li>Identify and coordinate the availability of test facilities and test ranges with cognizant company, subcontractor, and government agencies;<\/li><li>Develop and publish detailed test plans, test schedules, and test procedures for developmental testing.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Advanced degree is desirable;<\/li><li>US Government Secret or higher level security clearance as required;<\/li><li>Develop Test Planning Detail Sheets;<\/li><li>Support Test Execution as First Line Troubleshooter;<\/li><li>Support Systems engineering to develop Verification Cross Reference Matrices;<\/li><li>Support Test Equipment Checkout and System Integration;<\/li><li>Develop Test Plans and Detailed Procedures;<\/li><li>Technical writing\/presentation skills;<\/li><li>Perform as the hardware responsible engineer for the subsystem under test;<\/li><li>Familiarity with Zumwalt Ship networks and equipment;<\/li><li>Prior experience working with Military and Commercial Marine control systems;<\/li><li>Perform requirements analysis and decomposition including developing derived requirements as needed to test the system;<\/li><li>Write Test Reports;<\/li><li>Develop test equipment and simulation requirements;<\/li><li>Perform technical interactions with the system test team to ensure system requirements are being verified.<\/li><\/ul>\n
