      <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Multiple computer programs;<\/li><li>Set up for Tool and Die;<\/li><li>As needed Drive forklift;<\/li><li>Part examinations;<\/li><li>Multitasking skills;<\/li><li>Fast paced surroundings;<\/li><li>Perform in-process quality inspections and documentation as well of off-line testing of product;<\/li><li>Follow E-spec\u2019s (Engineering Specifications of product)- SOP\u2019s;<\/li><li>Provide preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment;<\/li><li>Develop and document manufacturing instructions and data sheets;<\/li><li>Mix catalysts and coloring pigments;<\/li><li>Mold and cast metal or thermoplastic;<\/li><li>Maintains clean working conditions;<\/li><li>Operates and Maintain Medtronic molding and braiding equipment;<\/li><li>Cleans hoppers, grinders, blenders, colorant bins, and hoses for all material\/color changes.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>High School Diploma or GED;<\/li><li>Mechanically inclined;<\/li><li>Follow directions;<\/li><li>Prescreen testing;<\/li><li>Problem solving skills;<\/li><li>High school diploma or equivalent;<\/li><li>Capable of reading, comprehending, and following provided standard work instructions;<\/li><li>Must have great manual dexterity;<\/li><li>Must be able to visually identify quality defects;<\/li><li>Have basic math and problem solving skills;<\/li><li>Follow quality and safety standards when performing assigned tasks;<\/li><li>Contribute to a culture that promotes safety as its overriding priority;<\/li><li>Must be able to meet assigned goals;<\/li><li>Be capable of reading, writing, and communicating in English;<\/li><li>Could be required to lift up to 40 pounds
