 \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability and experience in the following areas;<\/li><li>Using logical process of elimination to troubleshoot and deduce problems that limit machine efficiency and output;<\/li><li>Tracking and stocking critical parts;<\/li><li>Creatively solving problems throughout polyurethane part processing and adjusting machine components as necessary;<\/li><li>Working with material flow and flow controls;<\/li><li>Handling 500 lb drums with drum trucks and using forklifts as needed;<\/li><li>Collaborating with other team members and preparing technical documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Basic skill level desired in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);<\/li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent experience;<\/li><li>Proven ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a manufacturing environment;<\/li><li>Bilingual English\/Spanish is a plus;<\/li><li>3-5 years manufacturing environment experience desired;<\/li><li>complete required quality documentation;<\/li><li>identify mold and casting defects;<\/li><li>tagging procedures and deburring;<\/li><li>get trained to perform statistical Process control checks;<\/li><li>welding
