     \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Operations Engineer to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monitoring system\/service health and proactively identifying performance issues that could lead to service degradation or outage;<\/li><li>Shipments and documented according to site and client procedures;<\/li><li>Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment and other materials as requested;<\/li><li>Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services under minimal supervision;<\/li><li>Work with skilled HVAC Mechanics to support PM\u2019s and work orders;<\/li><li>Manages contractors, including selection, scheduling and job assignments, appraisals and recognition;<\/li><li>Performs preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner;<\/li><li>Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment;<\/li><li>Documents work performance and materials procurement as directed, using work order system;<\/li><li>May respond to inquiries and\/or provide assistance and\/or guidance to lower level workers;<\/li><li>Periodically acts as the on-call engineer for the portfolio of office buildings;<\/li><li>Actively participates in emergency response procedures, technical and safety training programs;<\/li><li>Collect and maintain Key Performance Indicator metrics for the HVAC dashboard;<\/li><li>Other assigned operational tasks as may be typically expected of the Building Engineer role;<\/li><li>Ability to work long hours occasionally and some weekends.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Shipments and documented according to site and client procedures;<\/li><li>Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests;<\/li><li>Minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in electrical, HVAC trade, including rooftop units;<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;<\/li><li>Knowledge of maintenance and operation of building automation, water treatment and fire life safety systems;<\/li><li>Two or more years experience in commercial HVAC or related field;<\/li><li>CFC certification;<\/li><li>Familiarity with computers and operations and office automation applications, including Microsoft Office;<\/li><li>BS in Engineering or Scientific Field;<\/li><li>Minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in backup systems (generator and UPS);<\/li><li>Strong customer service orientation;<\/li><li>High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution;<\/li><li>Good interpersonal and a positive team attitude;<\/li><li>High School Diploma or
