campaigns;<\/li><li>Design and execute A\/B and multivariate tests to optimize the customer experience and maximize sales and engagement;<\/li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert for ourCRM system;<\/li><li>Cross functional collaboration with other keypartners to implement customer focused communications that drives retention,loyalty and engagement;<\/li><li>Supports A\/B tests and analysis;<\/li><li>Collaborate with internal and external partners to tag, collect, QA, organize, and prepare raw data for analysis;<\/li><li>Develop prototype business intelligence solutions, including reports and dashboards that visualize of complex data sets;<\/li><li>Creates and distributes custom lists andsegments using customer data to maximize engagement;<\/li><li>Builds standard and ad hoc reports forCorporate and Stores to support business needs;<\/li><li>Partner with marketing team to define and analyze, KPI to optimize communication effectiveness via social, email, and push notification channels;<\/li><li>Responsible for the execution and reportingof CRM campaigns that focus on acquisition, retention and reactivation;<\/li><li>Partner with cross functional partners toexecute targeted campaigns to support data driven recommendations;<\/li><li>Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommendsmodifying campaigns based on conclusions.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n
