class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Engineering Operations Manager to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Develop and maintain automated error triage pipelines;<\/li><li>Monitor pipeline performance and design error handling;<\/li><li>Monitor and report relevant KPIs to technical leadership;<\/li><li>Automate ability to identify data issues, and proactively address them;<\/li><li>Platform Operations Support Design, plan and implement KAGR\u2019s engineering production support and operations system;<\/li><li>Identify and mitigate development inefficiencies such as gaps in documentation, developer environment, infrastructure, and communication;<\/li><li>Develop and lead the engineering onboarding and training program;<\/li><li>Conceive of, and execute on, ideas to drive step-changes in engineering structure and process that will improve performance;<\/li><li>This position has supervisory responsibilities, 1 FTE;<\/li><li>Measure and analyze engineering performance across product groups by keeping our agile data and metrics up to date for all our teams;<\/li><li>Build programs to develop engineering leadership and management.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a field of engineering required;<\/li><li>8-10 years of experience in a lead engineering role;<\/li><li>Strong communication skills to all levels of technical expertise;<\/li><li>5-7 years of experience working with data using SQL or similar technology;<\/li><li>Experience writing to and reading from product APIs;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;<\/li><li>Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and methodologies;<\/li><li>Very high attention to detail;<\/li><li>Ability to analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses and develop sound, reasoned conclusions;<\/li><li>Industrial Labeling Systems a plus (SATO, Zebra, Cognex);<\/li><li>Excellent analytical skills, passion for data;<\/li><li>Experience working on Quality Inspection, Measurement;<\/li><li>Ability to function as a team member and individual on projects;<\/li><li>SCADA development, management and maintenance of full operational technology
