Analyst Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Program Control Analyst to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Performs duties to support monthly billing and prepare backup documentation to customer invoice submissions as required;<\/li><li>Education;<\/li><li>Work with Program Managers and Operations staff to monitor program financial activities for compliance and risk;<\/li><li>Review ICE, Cost PMP\/BAAR, and MSA resource reports for accuracy and completeness and make recommendations to authorized Government;<\/li><li>Maintains document management systems and collaborative workspaces;<\/li><li>Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare pricing models;<\/li><li>Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures;<\/li><li>Other activities, as assigned;<\/li><li>Develops budgets and tracks performance to weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly financial report deliverables;<\/li><li>Compiles QA\/QC and issues procurement documents, contracts, updated insurance certificates, and approval documents;<\/li><li>Interfaces and works collaboratively with the client while adhering to client business and fiscal policies;<\/li><li>Supports maintenance and tracking of cost, invoice development, program schedules, EVM and reporting;<\/li><li>Review Program and Directorate data in the NEXT, NRO FIRsT, and Select and Native Programming (SNaP) systems for accuracy and completeness;<\/li><li>Develops and analyzes Estimates at Completion (EAC), maintains program budgets, monitors actual costs, commitments, revenue, and profitability;<\/li><li>Creates, maintains, and updates spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports, as required.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with some experience supporting the Intelligence Community;<\/li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of contract types (CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&#038;M, IDIQs, etc);<\/li><li>Familiarity with FAR\/CAS\/GAAP;<\/li><li>Must have an active\/current TS\/SCI with Polygraph clearance;<\/li><li>Requires a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in the areas of Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial
