 <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Resolution of various network related trouble tickets;<\/li><li>Collaborate with multiple technology disciplines and service towers including server computing, storage, database, cloud, and application developers;<\/li><li>Monitor 600+ network interfaces and 11,000 total monitored devices, domestic and international via a network performance monitoring solution;<\/li><li>Operational upgrades, troubleshooting, network monitoring, network analysis, and process improvement;<\/li><li>Take ownership of incidents and problems managing the relationship with those stakeholders;<\/li><li>Review use of the current Storage solution, working with the team to refresh the storage accordingly;<\/li><li>Working with teams to implement a new warehouse management system (Invar);<\/li><li>Working with teams to review the current Active Directory installation with a view to migrating users and equipment to the new domain;<\/li><li>Utilizes change management and ticketing systems, documents status updates and problem resolutions;<\/li><li>Follows documented processes, procedures and policies;<\/li><li>Complete all assignments and project work in a timely manner with an acceptable level of quality;<\/li><li>Performs maintenance and changes on Routers, Switches and wireless equipment, as required;<\/li><li>Performs Implementation\/Configuration of new routers, switches and wireless devices, as required;<\/li><li>Other related duties assigned as needed;<\/li><li>Performs customer service duties and responds to customer and project requests as defined by management.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deep knowledge with ENTERPRISE LAN\/WAN and VPN;<\/li><li>4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;<\/li><li>High school diploma\/GED with a minimum of 7 years experience administering Cisco Routers and Switches;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree with a minimum of 3 years experience administering Cisco Routers and Switches OR;<\/li><li>Associate&#8217;s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience administering Cisco Routers and Switches OR;<\/li><li>Experience with supporting an enterprise network at a Utility company;<\/li><li>Cisco Wireless experience;<\/li><li>Network related industry certifications a plus;<\/li><li>Understanding of network protocols \u2013EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, QOS, STP, DHCP, SNMP, TCP, UDP;<\/li><li>Ticket Management System experience (preferably GTMS or ITSM);<\/li><li>Cisco Nexus platform experience;<\/li><li>Experience briefing Senior Leaders;<\/li><li>DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security+ce;<\/li><li>Must have experience with network
