team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Integrates SalesForce with Microsoft Azure cloud using REST and SOAP services;<\/li><li>Provide third-level support to business users;<\/li><li>Support side infrastructure, including Mulesoft, Relational Junction, Informatica and Oracle;<\/li><li>Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates;<\/li><li>Ability to effectively debug and resolve technical issues and\/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system;<\/li><li>Integrate Salesforce with 3 rd party applications and other tools including Five9 and AWS;<\/li><li>Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce\/Force.com;<\/li><li>Responsible in following Salesforce best practices and enforce data quality policies;<\/li><li>Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, using Apex programming language;<\/li><li>You\u2019ll be responsible for environment management;<\/li><li>Running workshops, working closely with client, able to talk about tradeoffs e.g. terms of config vs code;<\/li><li>Knowledge of at least one CPQ systems such as BMI, Steelbrick or Apttus is plus;<\/li><li>Manage projects throughout the entire Sales development life cycle (including Technical;<\/li><li>Perform app development, prototyping, testing and demonstrating capabilities to users;<\/li><li>Work on design and development of interfaces APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A background in development and\/or configuration on other CRM platforms (examples: Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, Zoho) will be preferred;<\/li><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience with programming Languages \u2013 APEX, Visualforce;<\/li><li>A minimum of 1 year of exposure to Salesforce.com APEX data loader and integrations;<\/li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments;<\/li><li>Scrum\/Agile Product Development exposure;<\/li><li>nCino Mule experience;<\/li><li>Perform Unit testing and Support other test cycles;<\/li><li>Worked on at least three end-to-end Salesforce implementations;<\/li><li>Proficiency in writing Visualforce, Apex classes,\/controllers, triggers, SOQL and SOSL;<\/li><li>Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;<\/li><li>Gather business requirements;<\/li><li>Experience with system integrations using API from within the Salesforce platform and implementing web services: JSON, XML;<\/li><li>Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV 501);<\/li><li>Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience;<\/li><li>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a
