\n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Develop intuitive user experiences designed to improve customer interactions and increase constituency engagement;<\/li><li>Ability to effectively debug and resolve technical issues and\/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system;<\/li><li>Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates;<\/li><li>Take business requirements and apply iterative agile development process to rapidly create functional prototypes and release final product;<\/li><li>Work with the product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in nCino application;<\/li><li>Coordinate with project management resources to drive migration of legacy applications to our Salesforce platform;<\/li><li>Act a mentor to other developers and team members on Salesforce development best practices and available functionality;<\/li><li>Work on design and development of interfaces APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems;<\/li><li>Own and maintain the data modelling and data transformation logic using ETL tools to support data workflows across integrated business systems;<\/li><li>Experience developing customer-facing interfaces;<\/li><li>Implement (i.e., design, develop, unit test) technical solutions for web applications based on functional requirements and technical specifications;<\/li><li>Automating business processes using Salesforce features such as Process Builder and Flow;<\/li><li>Design and development of custom solutions on Salesforce platform;<\/li><li>Provide technical leadership for off-shore developer team members and deliver meaningful and constructive feedback during code review sessions;<\/li><li>Participates in project planning, scoping and estimating.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;<\/li><li>Gather business requirements;<\/li><li>Experience in Salesforce.com Design and Development;<\/li><li>Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes , Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com;<\/li><li>Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV 501);<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science or Technical field;<\/li><li>Passion for code quality and code reviews;<\/li><li>Practical knowledge of Java, HTML, Open Source development tools;<\/li><li>Experience with APEX and Visualforce;<\/li><li>Self-starter, can-do attitude a must in a fast-moving business and technical environment;<\/li><li>Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM);<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree (CS, MIS) in a computer-related field required;<\/li><li>SalesForce.com Developer with deep Visual Force, APEX and Force.com programming skills;<\/li><li>Experience with system integrations using API from within the Salesforce platform and implementing web services: JSON, XML;<\/li><li>Proficiency in External Data
