team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lead analysis of network adequacy and the identification of provider targets for existing and prospective markets;<\/li><li>Support the design and development of a contract evaluation model to provide data driven insights to the network development team;<\/li><li>Oversee development of analytical plans including proper selection of methodologies, techniques, KPIs and metrics;<\/li><li>Provide guidance to and review the work of junior Network Analytics team members;<\/li><li>Lead analysis to support the development and growth of a high performing and cost-efficient provider network;<\/li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs, develop plans and deliver analytics to meet those needs;<\/li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned;<\/li><li>Mentor and guide junior team member, introduce them to new web analytic tools and technologyand provide them opportunities to grow.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Knowledge of media tools including MRI, Netratings, Comscore, Stradegy, Nielsen Monitor+<\/li><li>CRM communications measurement planning and performance analysis;<\/li><li>Knowledge of SQL and R and if possible Python;<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication including presentation skills;<\/li><li>Demonstrated project, and client management expertise;<\/li><li>Campaign measurement;<\/li><li>Advanced knowledge of marketing\/advertising testing principles;<\/li><li>Experience with major personalization tools, such as Optimizely;<\/li><li>Experience in Data Visualization with tools such as Tableau;<\/li><li>Expert skills in Excel functions: Pivots, advanced formulas\/macros, multi-spreadsheet links and PowerPoint;<\/li><li>Experience with major digital analytics tools, such as: Doubleclick, Atlas, Omniture, Coremetrics, Webtrends, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics;<\/li><li>Experience with social listening tools, such as, Crimson Hexagon and Sprinklr;<\/li><li>7 years of experience in a web analytics focused role
