class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Design, develop, and own components, tools, platforms, and systems for real-time media communication and collaboration;<\/li><li>Drive independent investigations resulting in shipping product code, patents, and publications;<\/li><li>Understand and be able to leverage core concepts of video processing and\/or audio processing;<\/li><li>Apply machine learning to improve existing and develop new algorithms to improve Skype\/Teams real-time collaboration quality and reliability;<\/li><li>Offline evaluation of machine learning models and establish a correlation between online A\/B tests and offline metrics;<\/li><li>Implement machine learning models in production using various in house and on cloud technologies available to the machine learning team;<\/li><li>Report results of machine learning models in peer-reviewed papers and technical manuals;<\/li><li>Design A\/B tests across various products to validate the performance of machine learning models.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in machine learning using tools like TensorFlow\/ Pytorch\/Scikit-learn, etc;<\/li><li>Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent;<\/li><li>Deep knowledge of computer vision, especially in applying DNN\u2019s to vision problems;<\/li><li>Strong desire to collaborate and develop new technologies;<\/li><li>Experience in machine learning, data mining, recommendation systems, learning to rank, deep learning, natural language processing and related fields;<\/li><li>Minimum of three years of industry experience as a machine learning scientist or a data scientist;<\/li><li>Familiarity with relevant technologies (e.g. Python, Java, and etc.);<\/li><li>Willingness to learn new tools and flexibility to adapt to different deployment pipelines;<\/li><li>Ability to come up with creative solutions and quickly prototype them;<\/li><li>Strong communication abilities and willingness to lead and inspire other engineers;<\/li><li>Excellent collaborator and communicator and are eager to learn and grow;<\/li><li>Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop\/Spark;<\/li><li>Strong technical and programming skills;<\/li><li>A Ph.D. in computer science, natural language processing, deep
