Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. company is looking for a Manufacturing Assembler to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units;<\/li><li>Insert rotor\/UEF sub-assembly into stator and send to next operation (Legacy production lines only);<\/li><li>Loading corrugate into machines to pack boxes;<\/li><li>Load conveyors, stock parts, and handle material as required;<\/li><li>Moving finished materials to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse by safely operating moving equipment such as hand dolly and pallet jacks;<\/li><li>Rework rejected product as specified by test results, replacing appropriate components and retesting;<\/li><li>Report problems with quality, processes or equipment to department Leader;<\/li><li>Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise;<\/li><li>Troubleshoot parts and equipment for production;<\/li><li>Identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures;<\/li><li>Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions;<\/li><li>Perform accurate and timely data entry into the ERP system on each job;<\/li><li>Maintain good attendance, flexibility on job assignment, adaptable to changing business needs and continually learn and apply new skills;<\/li><li>Use tools to make or repair parts and products;<\/li><li>Maintain manufacturing work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Must be able to lift objects up to 40 lbs;<\/li><li>Manage device history records and documentation;<\/li><li>Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time;<\/li><li>Must be able to verify mfg documentation and manage changes or corrections;<\/li><li>Skilled with mechanics;<\/li><li>Effectively work within a team-based environment;<\/li><li>Ability to lift at least 50 lbs;<\/li><li>Must be willing to be hands on and wear multiple &#8220;hats&#8221;. -be ready to participate in quality meetings, engineering, regulatory activities, etc;<\/li><li>Ability to stand for long periods;<\/li><li>Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors;<\/li><li>Ideal candidate must have 10+ years experience in medical device manufacturing in a regulated environment;<\/li><li>Excellent hand\/eye coordination;<\/li><li>Understanding of qualification of equipment and processes (IQ, OQ, PQ);<\/li><li>Willing to work in a security conscious environment;<\/li><li>Familiar with ISO13485 and 14971.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n
