and Develop validation tests and test strategies to meet program timelines and goals;<\/li><li>Debug test and product related issues;<\/li><li>Opportunity to people manage small technical team;<\/li><li>Work as a strong individual contributor and technical leader;<\/li><li>Create, enhance and manage test framework\/libraries to improve test development efficiency;<\/li><li>Responsible for new design of existing products;<\/li><li>Participate in the APQP team;<\/li><li>Develop and debug complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment;<\/li><li>Analyze early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities;<\/li><li>Test, validate, modify and redesign circuits to guarantee component margin to specification;<\/li><li>Create and apply concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints;<\/li><li>Create and test validation and production test hardware solutions;<\/li><li>Autonomously plan and schedule own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment;<\/li><li>Detail development of various products to meet customer\u2019s functional and cost requirements;<\/li><li>Ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Understanding of E-Motor manufacturing processes;<\/li><li>Experience using Python, C\/C++, Matlab\/Simulink;<\/li><li>x95 Knowledge of NVMe and PCIe protocols is a plus;<\/li><li>Solid understanding of various types of electric machines and their dynamic modeling;<\/li><li>Coordinate with other disciplines involved in the project as necessary;<\/li><li>BSME, BSEE, BS in mechanical technology, or equivalent;<\/li><li>Agency approval process knowledge such as UL, FDA or NSF is preferred;<\/li><li>Demonstrate good level of understanding of Memory testers and test code environment, specifically C, C++ and Python;<\/li><li>The ability to communicate with cross functional teams and understanding of metal stampings and casting suppliers, mold makers, and metal finishers;<\/li><li>Create CAD models and drawings and facilitate their review for accuracy;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or similar technical BS is required;<\/li><li>Electroplating experience a plus;<\/li><li>Experience with NVM product development, design validation, and qualification;<\/li><li>At least two (2+) years of experience working with
