Platform Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer &#8211; Platform to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Work with cutting-edge technologies, such as multicore processors, hypervisor systems, and systems-on-a-chip;<\/li><li>Work in an environment which involves Hypervisor, Linux, QNX RTOS;<\/li><li>Mentor software developers in technical and process-related areas;<\/li><li>Drive the reliability of the software platform which includes RADAR, LiDAR, Camera, GPS and IMU sensor processing and fusion;<\/li><li>Collaborate with other teams on security, reliability and automation;<\/li><li>Develop, coordinate, and conduct complex tests and debug systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions;<\/li><li>Build systems which help us in efficient underwriting and fighting fraud;<\/li><li>Develop products using agile methods and tools;<\/li><li>Support production issues both directly and indirectly with customers;<\/li><li>Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts;<\/li><li>Integration of data storage solutions based on PostgreSQL and Redis;<\/li><li>Integrate the embedded technology and ensure production ready systems;<\/li><li>Stay plugged into emerging technologies\/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities;<\/li><li>Identify performance metrics and define success criteria;<\/li><li>Lead and manage code standards and acceptance criteria for projects.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Serve as a leader to other engineers through one-on-one interactions, code reviews, etc;<\/li><li>Responsible for architecting, developing and testing an enterprise-ready platform, with a focus on scalability, reliability and availability;<\/li><li>Provide input to guide the direction of our product and the technologies that we implement;<\/li><li>Assist in establishing development best practices and drive innovation using the latest services and frameworks;<\/li><li>4+ years in software engineer role;<\/li><li>Device driver knowledge is a major plus;<\/li><li>5+ years of professional software development experience with Java or Python;<\/li><li>Proficiency with Python, Shell, and Git;<\/li><li>Strong understanding of vehicle systems and their interactions;<\/li><li>Experience\/exposure to SQL\/NoSQL;<\/li><li>2+ Years in a High Performance, High scalability environment;<\/li><li>Excellent programming skills in language like Java and\/or Python;<\/li><li>Proficient in a source controll (e.g., Git, Subversion or CVS);<\/li><li>Experience building scalable, high performance services;<\/li><li>Good grasp of security and data protection principles.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n    \n    \n    \n    <header class=\"entry-header\">\n    <div itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/FAQPage\">\n    \n    <div itemscope=\"\" itemprop=\"mainEntity\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Question\">\n    <h3 itemprop=\"name\">What job descriptions are similar to Senior Software Engineer &#8211;
