\n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance of audit requirements;<\/li><li>Develop software meeting code quality standards and metrics;<\/li><li>Provide mentoring for senior members of the engineering team;<\/li><li>Contribute to strategic, financial, and resource planning;<\/li><li>Strong sense of commitment and responsibility;<\/li><li>Identify, navigate, and overcome technical and organizational barriers that may stand in the way of delivery;<\/li><li>Inspire your team members through contributing toward a great culture and leading by example;<\/li><li>May be technical lead on larger projects and may act as project lead on smaller projects\/development efforts;<\/li><li>Working on application programming interface and building out micro services;<\/li><li>Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and architecture patterns;<\/li><li>Work in a distributed\/cloud-based environment (AWS preferred) with high transaction;<\/li><li>Deliver solutions using scalable, resilient, cloud-native patterns;<\/li><li>Manage a small team of system software engineers working on advanced AR\/VR research;<\/li><li>Lead cross-team technical design discussions on application architecture, style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A Bachelor or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or the equivalent ;<\/li><li>At least 8 years of software engineering experience;<\/li><li>Bias towards action, an ability to work autonomously while navigating uncertainty with good humor;<\/li><li>Work experience at the intersection one or more cloud platforms and feature delivery of complex systems;<\/li><li>2+ years using continuous integration tools;<\/li><li>Proficient coding in Python or Java;<\/li><li>Life insurance;<\/li><li>You get just as excited seeing others grow and learn under your leadership as you do executing the work yourself;<\/li><li>Familiarity with Full Stack Web development + architecture (ideally experience with Vue.js, PHP, Laravel framework);<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills;<\/li><li>Strong hands-on experience and understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application development;<\/li><li>Proven track record of design and development of full stack web solutions for complex problems;<\/li><li>Views ambiguity and high-level specs as an opportunity to be creative;<\/li><li>Experience with developing SaaS products preferred;<\/li><li>Must have the ability to meet deadlines and be proactive when
