  \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a UI Engineer to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Work collaboratively within a cross functional team using Kanban\/Lean;<\/li><li>Liaise with designers, producers, and artists to implement new UI features;<\/li><li>Architect, design and implement new software systems or enhance existing software systems;<\/li><li>Develop new user-facing features;<\/li><li>Implement intuitive and exciting user interfaces;<\/li><li>Participate in quality strategy discussions and implement layers of the test pyramid such as unit and integration tests;<\/li><li>Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability;<\/li><li>Write, test and debug user interface code for our games;<\/li><li>Build reusable code and libraries for future use;<\/li><li>Ability to write clear, clean, readable, portable, reliable, and manageable code;<\/li><li>Participate in DevOps process that supports the team\u2019s applications ;<\/li><li>Develop event driven UIs in Lua based on design specifications and UI wireframes;<\/li><li>Develop game client systems in C++ to supply information to UIs;<\/li><li>Communicate with producers and systems designers to represent the needs of the engineering department;<\/li><li>Collaborate with UI designers and artists by offering feedback and actively finding ways to improve the UI.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Localization experience;<\/li><li>Knowledge of STL;<\/li><li>Previous experience within games;<\/li><li>Experience with Lua;<\/li><li>Experience designing user interfaces, either professionally or independently;<\/li><li>Experience writing addons for MMOs;<\/li><li>3+ years of software development experience;<\/li><li>Solid architecture and system design skills;<\/li><li>Experience with scripting languages like Lua;<\/li><li>Experience with network game client\/server architecture;<\/li><li>MMO development experience;<\/li><li>Familiarity with rendering techniques;<\/li><li>Ability to write clear, maintainable, portable code;<\/li><li>Experience with SQL;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n
