Assist in how Zynga define quality;<\/li><li>Supports, mentors and coaches the QA team enabling them to reach their full potential;<\/li><li>Monitors and evaluates the performance of all team members ensuring 1-2-1s and performance reviews are conducted regularly;<\/li><li>To be primary point of contact between QA and project management for communicating QA needs and ensure necessary resources are allocated;<\/li><li>To be the voice of QA in project meetings and contribute in decision making;<\/li><li>Directly participates with reviewing and hiring of new QA staff as and when required;<\/li><li>Ensures a positive, professional and collaborative team environment is maintained.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills backed up with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing and best practice;<\/li><li>Ability to bring a team together that shares a mission and vision;<\/li><li>Enthusiastic with professional attitude and work ethic;<\/li><li>Excellent personal management skills, set goals, get people to achieve and progress in the discipline. Not averse to giving critical feedback;<\/li><li>Has experience working with GaaS projects;<\/li><li>Excellent JIRA use including dashboards and custom filters.
