facilities are over a quarter mile in length;<\/li><li>Audit Powered Industrial Equipment Training program and recording;<\/li><li>Manage a team of trainers to effectively complete associate onboarding, cross-training events, and various other associate continued training programs;<\/li><li>Execute training programs for both seasonal and regular trainers;<\/li><li>Track learning curve and continuous improvement metrics at the site level;<\/li><li>Monitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved;<\/li><li>Audit Trailer Dock and Release Training programs and record keeping accuracy;<\/li><li>Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as areas of improvement;<\/li><li>Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.);<\/li><li>Coordinate ambassador identification program and track ambassador audits.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 &#8211; 3 years of work experience with event planning or coordination within a corporate environment;<\/li><li>Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;<\/li><li>Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;<\/li><li>Strong analytical and technical skills;<\/li><li>Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) a plus;<\/li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills;<\/li><li>Ability to manage multiple responsibilities;<\/li><li>Positive attitude;
