Analyst Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Project Controls Analyst to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Supports business planning activities including, regular updates to forecasts, accruals and cashflow management;<\/li><li>Track PO\u2019s;<\/li><li>Tracks project performance using earned value management, make project plan adjustments where needed, and tracks change log;<\/li><li>Assist with contract preparation and submission through legal compliance review;<\/li><li>Work with PMs, Operations Manager and Project Accountants to keep project financials in order;<\/li><li>Works with PMs and Contracts on Limitation of Cost;<\/li><li>Understand the budget for each project and assist PMs with staying current on financial data relative to project;<\/li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors by preparing agreements, change orders, and tracking budgets;<\/li><li>Understand reporting needs of each Division and department interfacing with assigned projects;<\/li><li>Review and understand the monthly revenue, gross profit and identify any variances;<\/li><li>Support the Division Lead for any ad hoc reporting, budgeting, and forecasting;<\/li><li>Interpret resource management reports and communicate results with Project Managers and Business Center Leaders;<\/li><li>Gain proficient knowledge of the Oracle PM Dashboard and PM Framework to become a resource for PMs;<\/li><li>Prepare monthly reporting for the assigned Division;<\/li><li>Work proactively to maintain integrity of resource management data.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business related with;<\/li><li>At least 3-10 years of experience in Cost Engineering;<\/li><li>Knowledge of Ariba, Maximo, SAP, is a plus;<\/li><li>Experience with Cognos Enterprise Reporting tool is a plus;<\/li><li>Experience with Costpoint Cobra EVM tool is a plus.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n    \n    \n    \n
