studies;<\/li><li>Preparation of bid packages for requesting proposals for construction;<\/li><li>Commissioning assistance;<\/li><li>Power factor correction;<\/li><li>System studies \u2013 Short Louisiana Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (LAPELS) as a PE;<\/li><li>Change Management;<\/li><li>Engineering Generalist;<\/li><li>Capital Project Management;<\/li><li>Manufacturing Plant Experience;<\/li><li>Ability to travel as needed (10% of time);<\/li><li>Minimum of 8+ years experience as an Electrical Engineer;<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;<\/li><li>Excellent problem solving and project management skills;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent work experience;<\/li><li>Minimum 8 years successfully leading highly innovative
