Monitor progress, status and result;<\/li><li>Ensure every team understands what they need to deliver at all times;<\/li><li>Advocate and manage program implementation according to PayPal\u2019s product lifecycle management;<\/li><li>Ensure measurable KPIs are developed for the program, and that they align to the overall KPIs for the product;<\/li><li>Grasp complex technical topics, abstract key issues and risks to present an action plan with outcomes to Engineering leadership;<\/li><li>Define and manage process and regular meetings;<\/li><li>Support the tracking and facilitating of the QA\/test process;<\/li><li>Create and manage clear Gating Criteria with business partners for Go\/No-go decisions;<\/li><li>Maintain awareness of cross product\/program synergies and actively communicate opportunities to simplify or better align work across teams;<\/li><li>Act as an advocate for internal customers throughout all stages of a project;<\/li><li>An inherent bias to action;<\/li><li>Support key decisions working cross-functionally across engineering, finance, and strategy to reach the right conclusions;<\/li><li>Define launch strategy for new product capabilities including geographic scope and rollouts, detailed timing, ramp and analytics plan;<\/li><li>Ensure regular, active communication with adjacent programs and external stakeholders, including international regions;<\/li><li>Sharp business judgment, detail oriented yet able to always see the &#8220;big picture&#8221;.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Knowledge of project planning and budgeting;<\/li><li>Knowledge of the construction contractor or design consultant management role;<\/li><li>Ability to manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously, through all phases from inception to completion;<\/li><li>Skill in managing project teams, ability to act as the Gallery\u2019s liaison with outside contractors and consultants;<\/li><li>Prior experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs);<\/li><li>5+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting;<\/li><li>An inherent bias to action;<\/li><li>Drive teams of subject matter experts to consensus;<\/li><li>Skillful with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
