technical troubleshooting;<\/li><li>Provide input of Service Desk tools to continuously increase efficiencies;<\/li><li>Reviewing customer incident reports;<\/li><li>Coordinating incident follow-up activities &#038; reporting;<\/li><li>Providing on call support;<\/li><li>Work directly with external customers providing IT support;<\/li><li>Generating, analyzing and presenting regularly scheduled system and ad-hoc reports.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prior experience working in an IT support or operations environment;<\/li><li>Demonstrated experience providing superior customer service;<\/li><li>Positive, professional image;<\/li><li>Strong written and verbal communication capabilities;<\/li><li>Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and possess a strong work ethic;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, focused on MIS, Computer Science and or Engineering, Operational Research, Data Management;<\/li><li>Prior experience in a Business Systems Analysis a plus;<\/li><li>Flexible and able to function in a \u201chands-on&#8221;
