<\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Performing fault isolation, triaging, and repairing network events to ensure the health of our network;<\/li><li>Managing Trouble Tickets, Outage communications, and process escalations for internal and external customers;<\/li><li>Generating, driving, and updating Trouble Tickets via internal ticketing system;<\/li><li>Handling phone calls to respond to network alarms and events for proactive network monitoring;<\/li><li>Enhance automation through scripting and robotics process automation (RPA) to improve team functions and efficiency;<\/li><li>Maintain infrastructure monitoring system, perform daily audit and checks;<\/li><li>Root cause analysis of system\/network incident and provide resolution;<\/li><li>Participate in on-call rotation to support off-hours;<\/li><li>Leverage automation tools to support deployment and maintenance of network and system settings in scale;<\/li><li>Incident response\/resolving outages while maintaining communication with other team members and stakeholders;<\/li><li>Perform hardware troubleshooting and RMA;<\/li><li>Ensure efficient delivery of contract capabilities using industry standards and repeatable processes;<\/li><li>Mitigate risks, control costs and schedule variance, and effectively manages large scale, integrated projects;<\/li><li>Provide technical support for the design, implementation, and integration of network changes and sustainment;<\/li><li>Perform various complex software development tasks.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience with ports and protocols;<\/li><li>MPLS configuration, troubleshooting, and design experience;<\/li><li>IPSEC configuration, troubleshooting, and design experience;<\/li><li>Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security+ CE or CCNA Security;<\/li><li>Experience troubleshooting and configuring IP networks using at least one of the following routing methods: BGP, ISIS or OSPF, Static routing;<\/li><li>Currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance or higher;<\/li><li>IPv6 configuration, troubleshooting, and design experience;<\/li><li>Crypto configuration, troubleshooting, and design experience;<\/li><li>Knowledge of local area network technologies and layer 2 network topologies;<\/li><li>Extensive network integration experience for a variety of network protocol standards;<\/li><li>Familiarization of DOD regulations and directives;<\/li><li>Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II\/IT I level, Security+ CE or CCNA Security;<\/li><li>Currently possess an active Top Secret\/SCI security
