feedback);<\/li><li>Learner Algorithms (e.g., automated study guides, targeted nudges);<\/li><li>Ideate, prototype, and productionize the machine learning algorithms that power Coursera\u2019s product;<\/li><li>Leading projects in working cross-functionally with product leads;<\/li><li>Machine Learning discovery (e.g., personalized recommendations).<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Software Engineering experience a plus;<\/li><li>Proficient with SQL and relational databases;<\/li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience required;<\/li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills;<\/li><li>MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, or related technical field required;<\/li><li>Deep applied Statistics and modeling skills;<\/li><li>Strong Python programming
