\n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assist in the QC of allograft tissue prior to release into inventory;<\/li><li>Coordinate company travel for employees;<\/li><li>Act as liaison between the Directors and the Marketing team to ensure appropriate inventory levels of marketing materials;<\/li><li>Manage calendar invites for meetings ranging from 1 on 1 HiPo lunches to recurring full company meetings;<\/li><li>Support Presidents\u2019 initiatives, goals and day-to-day activities;<\/li><li>Manage collection of receipts and administration of expense reports for Presidents;<\/li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive strategic project plans;<\/li><li>Create\/run reports or assist with projects as requested by Managing Directors;<\/li><li>Assists the QA Support Supervisor\/Manager as needed;<\/li><li>Contribute to operational initiatives including contract compliance, reporting needs, talent recognition and as business needs dictate;<\/li><li>Support strategic initiatives of leadership team by tracking progress via leadership meeting attendance and individual follow up;<\/li><li>Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned by Management;<\/li><li>Assist in tracking and forwarding documents uploaded to the computer tracking system to other QA Departments;<\/li><li>Assist in the sending\/tracking of autopsy reports and medical records;<\/li><li>Responsible for the data entry of information into donor records and informing supervisor of any discrepancies found.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>High School Diploma or GED;<\/li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology;<\/li><li>Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills;<\/li><li>Demonstrated ability to document calls into a computer system;<\/li><li>Experience in managed care or other area of the healthcare industry working in a Call Center environment or Care\/Case Management Department;<\/li><li>Language preferences \u2013 Spanish, Russian, French, Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese;<\/li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain absolute confidentiality;<\/li><li>Must have the mental ability and visual acuity necessary to identify breaches in policy as they relate to procedures;<\/li><li>Strong writing and communication skills;<\/li><li>Must be able to lift\/carry 30
