class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience with established manual and automated software testing tools;<\/li><li>Prepare test plans based on requirements and acceptance criteria;<\/li><li>Ensure all lab equipment is functioning correctly and is loaded with the required software versions and data before testing is scheduled to begin;<\/li><li>Maintain all lab systems supporting corporate, Canada, and Franchise configurations;<\/li><li>Take part in implementation planning and deployment of moderate software changes;<\/li><li>Works directly with appropriate personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach of software development projects;<\/li><li>Effectively execute test cases;<\/li><li>Recognize and notify team of potential issues or oversights with functional or technical behavior;<\/li><li>Create use cases, acceptance test criteria, and project requirements with product owners;<\/li><li>Previous experience working in a startup environment;<\/li><li>Help coordinate product development by seeing projects through each phase, answering and posing questions along the way;<\/li><li>Develop and implement quality assurance metrics;<\/li><li>Experience with software tools for source control, bug tracking, and code coverage;<\/li><li>Provide feedback on early stages of design mockups, and throughout iterations;<\/li><li>Provide status reports and metrics on test class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong QA skills and experience;<\/li><li>Experience diving deep into an issue to find the root cause;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a STEM field from a reputable institution or equivalent work experience;<\/li><li>Exceptional QA analytical skills with emphasis on test plan creation, planning and execution;<\/li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;<\/li><li>Collaborative development with the other disciplines within information systems (development, business analysts, database, multimedia);<\/li><li>Sound Technical Knowledge, excellent exposure and ability to learn any tool quickly;<\/li><li>Proven success in analysis and reporting;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience;<\/li><li>Comfortable communicating cross-functionally;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;<\/li><li>5+ years of experience and knowledge with various testing methodologies, test automation tools, and techniques for enterprise software;<\/li><li>Well versed in SQL to create data sets;<\/li><li>Knowledge of QA methodologies, best practices, and software development life cycle;<\/li><li>Familiarity with the .NET framework, SQL Server and design\/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller
