       <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Troubleshoot issues, validate data and report issues that might impact data and take personal responsibility for solving and finding solutions;<\/li><li>Adapt quickly to any changes in the reporting process;<\/li><li>Collaborate with key customers and partners to maintain existing reports and develop new operational reports for Direct Marketing;<\/li><li>Compiles and enters data from various sources or summarizes large data sets, including the potential use of databases;<\/li><li>Works closely across departments to develop annual and long-term forecasts and budgets;<\/li><li>Assists in annual preparation of commercial funds and common area maintenance;<\/li><li>Prepares Key Performance Indicator (KPI) summaries, interpreting and communicating the underlying numbers and impacts to the results;<\/li><li>Coordinate\/conduct user acceptance testing;<\/li><li>Document and disseminate instructions\/training materials concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports and dashboards;<\/li><li>Develop Dashboards and Reports using Power BI;<\/li><li>Identify opportunities to introduce self-service or automation that aligns with Team Strategy;<\/li><li>Requirements Management: Working with key stakeholders, identify and gather data\/reporting requirements;<\/li><li>Design Visualizations: Design and develop visualizations that are used within the ACOE to ultimately communicate value to the business;<\/li><li>Highly motivated and a self-starter;<\/li><li>Ensure adherence to data management\/governance standards, identify data gaps\/need, and educate on data nuances using data\/business SME knowledge.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Minimum of 3 years project management experience;<\/li><li>Proactively obtain all internal data needed for all reports;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree required;<\/li><li>Understand the data and requirements of all reports owed to client, Third Party Vendors and other project partners;<\/li><li>Act as the subject-matter-expert (SME) for all reports owed to client, Third party vendors and other project partners;<\/li><li>Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all project reports \u2013 e.g., name, frequency, representative sample, library of data element sources;<\/li><li>Provide all data for all reports maintained by client, Third Party Vendor and other project partners \u2013 on-time and accurately;<\/li><li>Create, maintain and provide internal reports (Burn Rate and Production status), both daily, ad hoc and ongoing, as required;<\/li><li>Salesforce experience preferred;<\/li><li>ServiceNow Required;<\/li><li>ITSM Knowledge base
