shares expertise with others;<\/li><li>Develops project plans; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and within budget;<\/li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently;<\/li><li>Very strong computer skills;<\/li><li>Solid web development and troubleshooting skills;<\/li><li>5+ years of prior management experience;<\/li><li>Experience in Web and Database technologies;<\/li><li>Demonstrated expert knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and design patterns;<\/li><li>10+ years of development experience;<\/li><li>5+ years experience working with or creating CRM content;<\/li><li>Solid experience with the following technologies;
