suggest changes as needed and coordinate implementation;<\/li><li>Effectively supporting the business culture of the firm (&#8216;One-firm firm&#8217;) at all times;<\/li><li>Promotes effective work practices, works as a team member, and shows respect for co-workers.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited college\/university;<\/li><li>Progressive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing multiple projects with hands-on, independent and accountable management style;<\/li><li>Ability to travel as necessary;<\/li><li>Minimum six years of related work experience in IT Policy, Governance and Compliance Management;
