\n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maintain a high proficiency level with system architectures, and database system models;<\/li><li>Provide technical help to non senior staff as it relates to Analysis, Design, and Coding;<\/li><li>Support corporate goals and objectives through the implementation of current information technology;<\/li><li>Integration of 3rd party products and\/or services;<\/li><li>Stay abreast of new emerging technologies that affect the use of data systems;<\/li><li>Design, Specify, and Develop infrastructure software for the Hospice Patient Management \/ Billing system;<\/li><li>Review, make corrections, and approve application designs of non senior staff;<\/li><li>Provide technical help to Business Analysts as it relates to Functional Specifications;<\/li><li>Provide complete and comprehensive documentation of systems developed;<\/li><li>Assist in drafting various documents supporting a procurement;<\/li><li>Lead activities to identify project risks and assist in the development of mitigation plans;<\/li><li>Prepare presentations and other materials to support project functions;<\/li><li>Monitors deliverables, assess documents, plans and applications, conduct quality reviews of projects and tasks;<\/li><li>Draft correspondence, reports, white papers, minutes, spreadsheets, communications products, briefs, and other documentation;<\/li><li>Maintain and track action items and participate in meetings.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience with Web services or WCF preferred;<\/li><li>5+ years developmental knowledge of C# in a production code environment;<\/li><li>Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously;<\/li><li>Knowledge of object oriented development experience and Design Patterns;<\/li><li>Certification from PMI: PMP, PfMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience or Master&#8217;s and minimum of 5 years of experience;<\/li><li>Active Security Clearance;<\/li><li>Secret Clearance;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR Master&#8217;s degree and 5 years of relevant experience;<\/li><li>Military Experience;<\/li><li>Project\/Program Management Experience;<\/li><li>Technology scouting experience;<\/li><li>Experience working on energy efficiency projects;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a business discipline;<\/li><li>Position subject to
