class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Participate in and\/or lead engineering-related site or network improvement initiatives;<\/li><li>Provide technical and procedural guidance to more junior engineers;<\/li><li>Collaborate with Global Engineering on major facility modifications, process expansions and new construction;<\/li><li>Provide process engineering expertise to complex investigations and CAPAs;<\/li><li>Identify, analyze and design improvements and capabilities in EFU systems;<\/li><li>Provide process engineering expertise to Technology, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facility Services;<\/li><li>Review plans for facility modifications;<\/li><li>Works as an effective member of a team while providing effective leadership, direction and coaching for direct reports, as applicable;<\/li><li>Prepares training manuals, operating procedures and instructions for manufacturing processes;<\/li><li>Serves as liaison with equipment manufacturers for process and machinery improvements;<\/li><li>Analyzes manufacturing process capabilities of new products to identify potential production processing;<\/li><li>Creates and manages project plans for continuous improvement initiatives, delivering on results as committed;<\/li><li>Troubleshoots machinery as required with the support of a qualified technician;<\/li><li>Identifies production process problems, conducts tests and experiments to analyze problems\u037e solves problems in conjunction with other departments.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Demonstrates excellent Customer Service and ability to communicate with high level leaders in a fast-paced work environment;<\/li><li>Knowledge of Aero IT processes and organizations (or ability to learn quickly);<\/li><li>Or a combination of above with technical project management experience;<\/li><li>General Knowledge of IT including awareness of Hardware, Software, Networks;<\/li><li>Possessed project management and strong communication skills;<\/li><li>Knowledge or experience with Agile Methodologies, i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. (helpful but not required);<\/li><li>Secret Clearance and Sec+ (helpful but not required);<\/li><li>Ability to provide high-level end user technical support to internal leadership;<\/li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);<\/li><li>Application of standards;<\/li><li>Formalization and transmission of knowledge and skills;<\/li><li>Deployment and monitoring of key indicators;<\/li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience in a manufacturing
