Clearly communicate findings in easily understood ways;<\/li><li>Create, maintain and update data dictionaries and coding guides;<\/li><li>Identify strengths and weaknesses in different procedures and methods for data cleaning and analysis;<\/li><li>Organize, validate and test data for inaccuracies;<\/li><li>Develop integrated spreadsheet and database templates for accumulating, formatting, and organizing program data.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Possess excellent interpersonal skills, especially when communicating statistical concepts to non-statisticians;<\/li><li>Focused on solving challenging problems through teamwork and partnerships;<\/li><li>Understanding of Frequentist and Bayesian theories;<\/li><li>Master&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or related field;<\/li><li>SAS, R, or S-Plus experience;<\/li><li>1+ years of experience working in a research environment;<\/li><li>Proficient in modern programming and coding practices in the R statistical programming environment;<\/li><li>Highly proficient and knowledgeable in the use of a statistical analysis tool such as R, STATA, or SPSS;<\/li><li>Experience or background in culturally responsive evaluation;<\/li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word and Excel;<\/li><li>Curious. Eager to learn and explore;<\/li><li>Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;<\/li><li>Excellent written and communication skills;<\/li><li>Able to establish and maintain relationships with a demonstrated capacity for working in a collaborative environment;<\/li><li>Able to independently plan and organize time, balancing competing demands and projects.
