artifacts;<\/li><li>Coach and mentor software team;<\/li><li>Develop compliant software artifacts;<\/li><li>Monitor and report project execution using standard metrics for scheduling and budget to leadership;<\/li><li>Lead software teams including outsourced and offshore resources.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\"
