<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences;<\/li><li>Provide technical mentoring and leadership to more junior resources;<\/li><li>Design, develop, unit test, and deploy software features on Microsoft platforms;<\/li><li>Provide detailed estimates for features built using Microsoft technologies;<\/li><li>Leverage CapTech&#8217;s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills;<\/li><li>Work with a team that prides itself on writing solid code that scales;<\/li><li>Design and develop backend systems that can handle ingesting millions of photos per day and a database that is growing exponentially;<\/li><li>Drive and support mobile performance, capacity planning, end-to-end performance analysis and benchmarking;<\/li><li>Drive software performance analysis across multiple tiers and establish performance optimization targets.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science or a related field in software development with 3-5 years of experience;<\/li><li>Familiarity with multi-system integration and common issues that can arise when integrating enterprise technologies;<\/li><li>Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques;<\/li><li>An understanding of how to protect web applications from common security vulnerabilities;<\/li><li>Working knowledge of the Microsoft stack and integrating with other technologies;<\/li><li>Three plus years of experience developing commercial quality web applications;<\/li><li>Adept with MS SQL Server and\/or other databases;<\/li><li>Knowledge of object-oriented design, domain modeling, and building highly scalable and available systems;<\/li><li>4+ years of experience in Solution, Design and Development of applications using .Net framework;<\/li><li>Strong understanding of and experience applying software design patterns;<\/li><li>Experience designing and implementing scalable, performant systems;<\/li><li>Experience with Amazon Web services;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience;<\/li><li>Nice-to-Have: Experience with Amazon Aurora, RDS, EC2, Aurora, SQS, JetBrains tools;<\/li><li>Experience with backend technologies including restful API\u2019s, C#, ASP.NET ,
