Guaranteed 36 hours. Day shift, but must be flexible, as they may be on call for the holidays. Current Hawaii State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist. Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to be able to communicate with medical staff. Current BLS/HCP level certification. At least 2-years of experience as a Radiologic CT Tech in an acute care facility required. ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID and Influenza VACCINATIONSTraveler compliance *must* be fully met 10 or more days in advance of contract start date. This is not flexible nor negotiable Additional Information:Queen's is open to Hawaii residents, but they will not be offered traveler rates. Please submit rate bid with submission. RTO guidelines: 1.Prefer NO RTO for initial contract a.We will consider an RTO request that meets the talent s contracted hours and the unit s needs b.Example for a July 10th start with a 10-week contract (ending 9/16): i.RTO request August 16 thru 23 ii.Talent agrees to work Aug 13/14/15 and August 24/25/26 c.If any RTO is approved for an initial contract, it must occur after 30 days worked 2.RTO allotment for extensions: a.8 weeks - 3 days RTO b.10 weeks - 5 days RTO c.13 weeks - 7 days RTO i.We reserve the right to modify these amounts depending on circumstance and staffing need, which may include extending an end date to allow an RTO request (this is NOT guaranteed, however). 3.As per previous practice, please reach out if an RTO request would prevent talent from accepting an assignment.
