- Tracks and analyzes Costco purchases orders. Including detail delivery issues notations on trackers.
- Maintains strategic relationship and is the main contact at Costco with the ICS staff and Westrow
- Works closely with Customer Service department to solve customer issues.
- Provide Sales Managers with real time order info when requested.
- Creates and maintains competitive shop data. Including creating competitive item power point slides and updating Competitive Item Workbook by region.
- Assists in maintaining files in Drop Box, including updating all buy doc’s and price lists.
- Other department duties as assigned.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, sales or general office experience
- Ability to train others on new systems.
- Ability to follow specific directions.
- Strong PC skills are required.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor required.
