Reser's manufactures thousands of products! Some of our brands include Reser's, Mrs. Kinsers, Don Pancho, Baja Caf, and Stonemill Kitchens. You will see our mouth-watering products in supermarkets, restaurants and local outlets across the nation!Overview Tracks and analyzes Costco purchases orders. Including detail delivery issues notations on trackers.Maintains strategic relationship and is the main contact at Costco with the ICS staff and WestrowWorks closely with Customer Service department to solve customer issues.Provide Sales Managers with real time order info when requested.Creates and maintains competitive shop data. Including creating competitive item power point slides and updating Competitive Item Workbook by region.Assists in maintaining files in Drop Box, including updating all buy doc's and price lists.Other department duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, sales or general office experienceAbility to train others on new systems.Ability to follow specific directions.Strong PC skills are required.Strong communication skills and professional demeanor required.
