Pay Rate: $39.00-$40.00 per hour

Status: Part-Time On-Call

Available Shifts: Days and NOC (Overnight)

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provided as required by CDPH

Provide quality nursing care and support resident health and well-being.

Collaborate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing (DON) to help meet staffing and care goals.

Maintain professional communication with residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Assist with staffing coverage and daily nursing operations as needed.

Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.

Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.

Attend meetings and support compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
